Capital Developers ("we", "our", or "us") operates the iOS Style Theme Launcher mobile application ("App"), package name com.ios.launcher.app.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be accessed, collected, used, processed, and shared when you use our App.

By using iOS Style Theme Launcher, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Access and Process

Contacts

The App may request permission to access your contacts to provide contact search and display functionality within the launcher.

Contact information is processed locally on your device for this functionality. We do not intentionally upload or store your contact list on our servers or use it for advertising purposes.

You may revoke Contacts permission through your device settings. Doing so may prevent contact-related search functionality from working correctly.

Photos and Media

The App may request access to photos or images stored on your device so that you can select custom wallpapers, icons, or other visual customization content.

Images selected for these features are processed locally on your device. We do not intentionally upload your personal gallery images to our servers.

You may revoke media permissions through your device settings, although certain customization features may then become unavailable.

Installed Applications

Because iOS Style Theme Launcher functions as an Android launcher, it needs to identify and display applications installed on your device.

Installed application information is used locally for launcher functionality, including displaying apps, searching for apps, organizing apps, creating folders, launching apps, and managing the App Library.

We do not intentionally upload your complete installed-app list to our servers.

Camera

The App may request access to your device camera for its barcode and QR code scanner.

Camera access is used when you choose to use the scanner feature. Camera images or video are not intentionally stored on our servers as part of this functionality.

Notifications

The App may use Android Notification Listener access to provide launcher functionality such as notification indicators or badges.

Notification access is used to provide the requested launcher functionality. We do not intentionally sell your notification content or use private notification content for advertising.

Wallpaper

The App may use Android wallpaper functionality to allow you to apply wallpapers directly from the launcher.

2. Analytics and Diagnostic Information

The App may use analytics and diagnostic services to understand App usage, improve features, monitor performance, identify technical problems, and diagnose crashes.

Depending on the services and device configuration, information processed may include:

  • App interactions and usage events

  • Device or other identifiers

  • App version and device information

  • Crash logs

  • Diagnostics and performance information

  • General technical information

  • Approximate location information derived from technical information such as an IP address

We do not require users to create an account to use the App.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements using third-party advertising services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Meta Audience Network

  • Unity Ads

Advertising providers may automatically process certain information required to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising services. This may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and other technical information.

The App does not intentionally use your contacts, personal gallery images, or private notification content for advertising.

The availability and behavior of advertising identifiers and advertising features may also depend on your Android version, device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws.

4. Analytics and Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services including:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Remote Config

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

  • Meta Audience Network

  • Unity Ads

  • AppMetrica

  • Google Play services

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of relevant third-party service providers for more information about their data practices.

5. Approximate Location

The App does not request precise GPS location permission for its core launcher functionality.

However, certain third-party services, particularly advertising and analytics providers, may use technical information such as an IP address to infer an approximate or general location.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location through the App.

6. Local Data

Certain information and settings may be stored locally on your device to provide and remember launcher functionality. This may include:

  • Launcher layouts

  • Theme preferences

  • Wallpaper and icon preferences

  • Folder configurations

  • Hidden-app settings

  • Widget configurations

  • Onboarding status

  • App-list cache

  • Other launcher preferences

Local information may be deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to Android's behavior and any device backup functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

Certain technical, analytics, advertising, diagnostic, and device information may be transmitted to or processed by third-party service providers used by the App for purposes such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.

Information stored locally by the App generally remains on the device until it is removed by the user, cleared through device settings, or removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to Android and backup behavior.

Information processed by third-party analytics, advertising, and diagnostic providers may be retained according to their respective retention policies.

Depending on the Android version and features used, the App may request or use permissions and system access such as:

Permissions are used to provide the corresponding App functionality or integrated services.

The App is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

Advertising and analytics functionality is subject to applicable laws, Google Play requirements, and the policies of the respective service providers.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected in a manner that violates applicable children's privacy requirements, we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

12. No User Account Required

iOS Style Theme Launcher does not require users to create an account or log in to use its core functionality.
